Download and Installing
The following outlines necessary required steps to download and install Protection! 4.5:

Download and install a Java VM for your platform.

Download the Protection! Licensing Framework installer.

Install using the downloaded self-extracting installer.

Run the Protection! Control Center and follow the instructions provided by the Licensing Assistant to specify your license or request evaluation one.
 Note, do not install Protection! 4 into existing folder containing previous Protection! version such as version 2.0 or 1.3. The reason is that Protection! uses a new installation software and to avoid errors or other strange effects then please follow this recommendation.
1. Download and install Java VM
We recommend that you download the latest Java VM version using the above link.

Evaluating Protection! Products 1. Protection! Developer
jProductivity offers free 30 days evaluation license for Protection! Developer. After downloading and installing Protection! Developer please start the Protection! Control Center application and follow the instructions provided by the Licensing Assistant to request evaluation license.
2. Protection! Enterprise
jProductivity offers free 30 days evaluation license for Protection! Enterprise. Please follow the instructions on how to get it.
3. Protection! Licensing Server
jProductivity offers free license for Protection! Licensing Server which is bundled with the installation and allows evaluation using standard DemoCalc sample product. Please contact protection@jproductivity.com to request evaluation license for your product.
