Getting Evaluation License

jProductivity offers free 15 days evaluation license for Protection! Licensing Toolkit. After downloading and installing Protection! please start the Protection! Control Center application and follow the instructions provided by the Licensing Assistant to request evaluation license.

If your evaluation license is expired and you would like to extend evaluation period for the next 15 days, please choose the Help | Upgrade License menu item in the Protection! Control Center or contact us using protection@jproductivity.com to request an extended evaluation license.

Download and Installing

The following outlines necessary required steps to download and install Protection! 3.5:

Download and install a Java VM for your platform.
Download the Protection! Licensing Framework installer.
Install using the downloaded self-extracting installer.
Run the Protection! Control Center and follow the instructions provided by the Licensing Assistant to specify your license or request evaluation one.

Note, do not install Protection! 3.5 into existing folder containing previous Protection! version such as version 2.0 or 1.3. The reason is that Protection! uses a new installation software and to avoid errors or other strange effects then please follow this recommendation.

1. Download and install Java VM (Optional)

We recommend that you download the latest Java VM version using the above link.

Protection! has been verified for Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista, Solaris/SPARC, Linux (Red Hat/SuSE/Debian/Ubuntu), and Mac OS X.

2. Download Protection! Licensing Toolkit Installer

3. Download Protection! Licensing Server Installer
